I wanted to thank you for all your help in the sale of my flat which completed on Friday afternoon. Recently we went through the process of moving house, although we had a choice of estate agents locally we chose to sell our property through Chamberlains. The property we were selling we had purchased four years previously through Chamberlains and this was now the third time we had dealt with them regarding the buying or selling of property. My past experiences of Estate Agents have been negative. Young men with gelled hair, trendy suits, flash cars and an unconvincing line in ‘patter’. For the last two years Chamberlains have managed the rental of my Enfield home anc as a result I have changed my perception. During this time they have demonstrated that they are professional, honest and great guys to do business with. Most importantly they have the skill to listen to their client and apply their experience and knowledge to meet your needs. I have now sold my house, again using Chamberlains. This process went smoothly and all the minor problems that are common with house sales were professionally ‘ironed out’ with the minimum of fuss. In conclusion, if you are about to instruct an agent to either sell or manage the rental of your property then I can highly recommend both Andrew Ryde and Andrew Standen.

You’ll be pleased to hear that I’m now very settled into my new home and have even finally managed to get the computer put back together to write this note.
