Our commission fees to Landlords will be reduced by 1.2% (including VAT) in years two and three , on a tenancy where the same tenant remains in the property.
We are authorised to hold Tenants’ deposits as members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We make no charge for the service.
Chamberlains Estates is part of the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme and The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
If any tenant purchases a property as a result of an introduction directly or indirectly by Chamberlains Estates, a fee equivalent to 1.2% (inclcuding VAT) of the purchase price will be due from the Landlord
|Variation of contract|
|£50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents|
|Change of Sharer|
|£50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher. To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions, new tenant referencing and Right-to-Rent checks, deposit registration as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.|
