COVID19 Announcement

As we’re sure you are all aware the Coronavirus outbreak continues to dominate news around the world. At Chamberlains we are continuing to carefully monitor the situation and the ever changing guidelines issued by Government in relation to working practices.

We feel it is the appropriate time to update you with some of the measures already put in place to help protect our staff and clients whilst wishing to maintain our high levels of service to our vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants.

Until such time as we are advised otherwise, we aim to keep business as usual. However, as this is a fast-moving situation we will be closely monitoring the position to make sure we are taking all precautions to protect everyone’s interests.

We always follow strict hygiene protocols. We have reinforced these in line with the latest World Health Organisation guidelines. We are also taking extra precautions when dealing with market appraisals, viewings and inspections.

Any team member who is worried they have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be instructed to follow the latest Government guidelines.
