Community Matters

Chamberlains Estates are proud and keen supporters of our local community. We are actively involved with local charities and sports organisations. We are passionate about putting back into society and have a strong sense of community importance and our responsibility as a local business and employer.

Trent Park Running Club

We are proud sponsors of the annual Trent Park Running Club Triffic Trail.

We also donate places to four local charities, Chickenshed, Nightingale, Noah’s Ark and WRAS enabling them to raise sponsorship money.

Nightingale Cancer Support

The Nightingale was formed in August 2002 to support people in The Borough of Enfield affected by cancer.

Each year we gift £1,000’s of Christmas cards to The Nightingale for resale not only to raise them £1,000’s funds but also raise awareness.

Partner, Andrew Ryde has also been seen gracing (using a stretch of the imagination) the cat walk in a Nightingale fashion show, or even marshalling on the night hike.

Botany Bay Cricket Club

We are proud to support and sponsor our local thriving cricket team, at “The Bay”

Enfield Ignatians Rugby Football Club

We are proud to support the youth section.

Enfield Town Football Club

We remain proud sponsors of this great Football club and local venue

Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice

In February 2020 Andrew Ryde (Past President of Edmonton Rotary Club)  presented together with four other local Rotary Clubs a cheque for £30,000.

Andrew Ryde from Edmonton Rotary said, “We set ourselves a high target over a year of fundraising but we couldn’t think of a worthier cause, we were delighted with the end result which will benefit children and their families for years to come.”

North Enfield Food Bank

During lockdown we hosted a competition for local primary school children to draw “Thank you” posters for key workers for our shop window. In turn we donated £340 to our local food bank in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
